Our refund and returns policy lasts  7 days, You can get a full refund without reason in 7 days after you bought. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

This is our sincerity to serve you, please do not abuse the above refund policy.  Remember that digital products are non-refundable on many websites — understandably.

Additional non-returnable products/payment/serve:

  • Payment for Gift cards/Promotion code.
  • Subscribed products — You can cancel your subscription at any time, there will be no future payments, but there will be no refunds or exchanges for subscriptions already paid for.
  • Recurring membership payments — You can cancel it at any time, there will be no future payments, but there will be no refunds or exchanges for money already paid for.
  • Payment for Customized service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items

Please promise not to use the product you refund and destroy both the electronic and printed (if you did it) versions.

Exchanges

If you find any problems with the music (for example, there are wrong sounds in the music score), please tell us by email. We will send you the new music score by email after modification without extra charge. If it is not our fault, we will communicate according to the actual situation.

Shipping returns

As we sell digital products, there are no shipping related issues involved.  But you have to promise not to use the refunded music files.
